Benjamin E. Smith – Attorney

Attorney Benjamin Smith is currently a first-year associate with Cronin Trial Lawyers. Ben spent a year as a law clerk under the tutelage of Joseph D. Cronin, Esq., learning the trade first-hand from a top trial attorney with over 25 years of experience. Ben has been involved with every step of litigation, and has already hit the ground running managing cases of his own.

Ben prides himself on his work as a litigator, even at this early stage of his legal career. Ben graduated Arcadia University in 2013 with a degree in Global Legal Studies. Ben graduated from Temple University School of Law in May of 2016, where he was the recipient of the Law Faculty Scholarship.  Previously, Ben has worked as a Contracts and Intellectual Property Coordinator for NFL Films, and has clerked for various law firms including a very prestigious boutique criminal defense firm. Ben brings this well-rounded experience every day with him to Cronin Trial Lawyers to provide clients with experience in a multitude of areas.

In his free time, Ben is an avid Philadelphia sports fans and self-styled political pundit. He also led the leadership committee for the Arcadia University Men’s Soccer team, where he was a member of the All Region Academic Team. While attending Arcadia University, Ben was also able to study law abroad in both the United Kingdom and Australia. Ben has also spent time as the Assistant Coach of the Immaculata Men’s Soccer team.
